Giuliani Respects Obama's Candor About Past Drug Use

During a campaign stop in Chicago, Republican presidential candidate Rudy Giuliani was asked if he thought Obama's comments to the students were appropriate.

"I respect his honesty," Giuliani said.

"One of the things that we need from our people that are running for office is not this pretense of perfection," said Giuliani, who has faced questions about his own personal life marked by three marriages and estrangement from his two children. He said of the candidates, "we're all human beings."

Giulinai would just love to run against Obama. He will have a field day if Obama is the democratic nominee. When will we as democrats learn. The media and the far left are pushing Obama down our throats. Look how he has run his campaign even with all the money he has received, and how performed in the last debate. The media has softened his mistakes, and gone over the top when he has a good day. He says he was against the nonbinding vote on Iran, but doesn't even show up to vote. He then grandstands that he is going to put through legislation to stop Bush from going to war with Iran. Has anyone heard anything on this since? You say he is the man for change, but he uses the same dirty tactics of misinformation and lies to get attention. The media who are just dying for him to beat Hillary will be the first to turn on him if he is the nominee as they did to Gore. The difference is that Hillary can withstand it, while Obama has shown he cannot.

What could Rudy say!!!! He knows he lied, cheated, abandon his wife and his own kids do not like him for what he did to their mother. How can he send his wife campaigning any ware because somebody is going to ask was she fooling around with Rudy during his marriage. So Giuliani can not say much about anything because he knows he is a lier. He is playing the general election game as Hillary because his credibility is next to nothing against Barrack Obama. Honesty is the key. Do you hear anything about a tell all book about himself. It would be rate so you and I could not stomach read. So this was a no brainer answer.

What this tells me is that Giuliani would much rather run against Barak Obama. There is a reason why Giuliani is cordial to Obama and attacks Hillary at every turn....because he would far rather face Obama in the election next year. Giuliani is beating Obama in head to head polls, Hillary is beating Giuliani in the same polls...I would argue that shows who has a better chance against ol dirtbag Rudy.

Rudy is merely trying to help Obama against Hillary because he believes Hillary would be a tougher opponent.

My view is be careful what you wish for. I think Obama is the tougher opponent and will win it all.

I don't respect either one because they are both trying to manipulate people into thinking all the "little" things they have done are just normal. I have never used marijuana or cocaine, never cheated on my spouse (only one) and certainly have never been estranged from my children. I think we should look for someone who is above reproach and a model of morality to lead our great country.
