Genetic testing is now available at the drugstore. A company called Sorenson Genomics has started selling a paternity test kit through Rite Aid stores in California, Oregon and Washington. It appears to be the first time a DNA test is being sold through a major pharmacy chain.

The move into the pharmacy is another in the spread of genetic testing directly to consumers. Many genetic tests, for health and diet advice, ancestry and paternity, are already available directly to consumers through the Internet.

But Sorenson hopes the corner drugstore will appeal to different customers, including those who do not want to wait three or five days for a kit to arrive in the mail after ordering it over the Internet.

This is great news. Does this mean we can get the "who's the daddy" type shows off the TV? The big mouth men and women who like to air their dirty laundry on TV are very annoying. Especially when this has been their fourth or more times for their 15 minutes of fame and still have got it wrong. These shows, instead of being so supportive of this behavior should just ask how many people they fucked in that 30 day span.... Oh excuse me, I guess I should have said "unprotected sex".

Recession, more like depression.

We have taken everything and put it in EUROS AND ARE PLANNING TO ASK FOR POLITICAL ASYLUM SOMEWHERE AFTER THE FIRST OF THE YEAR.

I received death threats for being a Democrat where I live, and that should qualify for political asylum, somewhere.

a LOT of women are going to get screwed by this. There was once a time when parents said don't have sex till marraige, then always wear a condom, and now always test your baby to make sure its yours. That being said I'm off to covertly obtain some hair from my dad.
