Amen to that! My guess is that if anyone were to start loooking into Rudy's dealings this would turn out to be one of the smallest crimes they would find.

Rudy appears to have hid the expenses of his extramarital dalliance in a manner familiar to anyone who has handled a big budget with many departmental or sub-budgets or accounts. Put the expenses you hope to hide in an account that is likely to have a large and complex variety of purchases and expenses (like a police budget). It is probably legal as he could demonstrate a need for security. Unfortunately, there were probably too many security personnel who knew of his affair and someone told what he was doing while he was being "protected". From there, any accountant would be able to find where the expenses of his extra-marital activities were to be found. Whoops! I'd bet there are more detailed data to come specifying those expenses. Whoops!

humbug

Guiliani provided security for his mistresss. The pukes need to shut up, because but, but, but Clinton never gave security to Monica.

This is outrageous and Rudy had to know that providing her with security was unethical and probably illegal, and that the charges were being hidden. Investigate and INDICT THE PRICK.
