Worst pick is number 11 Randy Falco.

"After a 30-year career at NBC, Randy was tapped to run AOL amid snickers that he was an old media guy who couldn't possibly "get" the Internet. That's silly, of course: The question is whether he or anyone else can save the shrinking collection of assets that this once-great company has become."

Take over a failing company that screwed up
on the internet when everyone else was making billions. Lay a bunch of people off at Christmas. Tell them they don't have a job, by not inviting them to the Christmas party.

Yes kiddies he had time to cut them from the party, but not time to tell them they were fired. The first indication they were cut was when they did not get an invite and everyone else in the department did.

How did they miss Ebeneezer Scrooge.
