This bumpkin has no knowledge of anything. If ignorance is bliss, 'tis folly to be wise.

Dylan's "Everything Broken" song from the 90's Oh Mercy album should be played and released as a single, appropriately so we can listen to it while reading insightful Huff post articles. Dems should use it smartly as their soundtrack describing the past 7 years of Republican hegemony...

"I didn't know." Great legacy, Dubya.

"I don't recall ... " AGAG

"No one could have foreseen ... " latest entry from Easy Al Flatulence.

Other runners-up: "sub-prime ... limited effect" and " ... largely contained."

This era's history books will read like a comedy sketch. If you like black humour.

His excuses are just lies. Too many times has he been caught lying after sating "He didn't know"? I gave up keeping track but you can tell when he is lying - his mouth is open [Hah]; actually though, he fidgets, he looks around, he has that 'frat-boy' smirk and he 'scratches.

Personally: IMHO, Impeachment MUST be put back on the table and his & Dickie's must be filled and they must be forced to start eating it!!!

George W. makes Al Capone look like a Boy Scout. His CYA policy of 'Here's what I want you to do, I just don't want to know about it' shames the Mafia Dons. The amount of Shit that Bush doesn't know about is staggering !

This is tantamount to Bush dropping his pants,
baring his filthy white ass to the American public, saying "I don't know anything, What are you going to do about it".

This pathetic, defective human will be chronicled in the history books as having presided over the Decade Of The Dull-Normal.

Of course. He didn't know anything about it. And he didn't know about Scooter Libby, or of administration attempts to "out" Valerie Plame, until well after Libby was convicted of perjury. And he didn't know anything about the Nigerian yellow-cake lie, until well after he spouted it to the world. And he didn't know anything about this past August's NIE (stating that Iran shut down its nuclear weapons program years ago) until just days before CIA agents threatened to leak it. And he didn't know anything about waterboarding, or that it is torture, or that he was the one to approve it, until the whole story blew up in the press. And on, and on, and on. Take your pick: he is either the most clueless president in living memory, or he is the most dishonest one. Which is worse?

This President is the best argument there is for all future Presidents being drug tested on a daily basis. The only argument that I've ever thought applied for drug testing, is if a person is responsible for others lives, like an airline pilot, or a bus driver, or a police officer who carries a gun. And I can think of no other position in the world that has a greater responsibility for others lives than the President. Considering the danger this man has put us all in, I'd say he ought to be drug tested immediately, to determine what he's getting high on.

This should also apply to ALL Senators and ALL Congresspeople. Also, every Cabinet level position should have a mandatory drug test to even be considered, and then random drug testing for the term of the position.

Amazingly, these are the very people who started the drug testing mania, and yet they don't have to be drug tested! Work in a 7-11, or some other non-descript job, and you'll most likely have to be drug tested as a requirement for employment, but if you run the country, you get a free pass. This is so wrong.

Random drug testing however, is what's wrong. It violates three basic individual rights...presumption of innocence (how antiquated!), due process and, of course, privacy. If our government can force these violations of the Constitution on us all, they should be subject to the same violations of their rights.

The only reason I mention this, is because Bush is clearly an addict. The only question is, what is he addicted to? Oxycontin? He's on something...why do you think he can't ever remember anything? I wonder if he has a Presidential seal on his favorite bong?

This scandal needs a proper name. How does "Waterboardgate" sound to you?

And on that note, I think it's time to revisit a quote from the Watergate days. I think it was Abbie Hoffman who asked:

"What did the President know... and when did he stop knowing it?"

Isn't it funny how Bush and the others in his admin all have these debilitating memory problems.

Shocking. No, not really. Yawn. Another resounding "I don't know" from the Chief Chimp himself. Jesus, Mary, Joseph ... NO ONE in this Admuddlestration knows ANYTHING. When will Pelosi & Co. grow a set and kick these rat bastards to the curb already - any other governmental employee - or employee in general for that matter - would have been resoundingly fired by now. Well, Ms. Pelosi ... what the f*ck are you waiting for? A personal and hand-written invitation??

Is purple rain a symptom of global warming or is it the oprah fallout? It's nasty here today.
