Bush Admin Tapes

AP:

he Bush administration has told a federal judge it was not obligated to preserve videotapes of CIA interrogations of suspected terrorists and urged the court not to look into the tapes' destruction.

In court documents filed Friday night, government lawyers told U.S. District Judge Henry H. Kennedy that demanding information about the tapes would interfere with current investigations by Congress and the Justice Department.

If anyone sees my comment here that I was censored I'd appreciate you're making a comment even if it's just to say you don't believe me. A clever conservative nerd discovered that a San Fransisco paper was censoring people's remarks using computer cookies that send an image back to the source showing a comment which other computers don't see. That way people would just suppose that no one was commenting, when in fact their comments were never posted. The comments were just being echoed back to their own computers.
I want to know if that's happening here too.
Various Huff Po folks already know I reply to everything. So why was I being silent in the face of so many comments over on Chris Kelly?

I tried to address some of the comments but I'm not allowed to. My comments are removed whenever they venture into certain territory. I'm allowed to make comments about politicians but not about certain issues. I had two long comments to which various people including Qbear responded that were removed along with the peoples' responses on the C Kelly blog.

Don't just complain, DO SOMETHING! Go to

http://wexlerwantshearings.com

and sign the petition to have hearings to have Dick Cheney impeached. Fl D Congressman Wexler who is on the House judiciary committee and two colleagues are pushing for hearings but they need to show public support.
The MSM is ignoring this so we the people have to make it happen. Let's do it!

Since 9/11 was an inside job you're damn right we can't investigate. Gee I wonder what these tortured men said? Torture is illegal. Destroying evidence is illegal. The end of America is here:

This is probably our last chance to remain a free nation. You people better start supporting Ron Paul. He is our best and likely only shot at a bloodless revolution.

The executive branch is corrupt to the core. The legislative branch has been emasculated. Now it's up to the judicial branch to defend the Constitution of the USA.

"The administration argued it was not obligated to preserve the videotapes and told U.S. District Judge Henry H. Kennedy that demanding information about them 'could potentially lead to the trial, conviction, and execution of George W Bush.'"

Well, I can dream can't I? Or is that a violation of the new thought crime bill?

"Bush Admin Asks Judge Not To Investigate CIA Tapes"

Mukasey's cue to refuse to aquiesce as to do so would make it appear that the department is "subject to political influence."

Impeach. Prosecute. Convict.. Richard Bruce Cheney

For treason in the Plame affair, and abusing the power of his office to force the United States into the deadly Iraq Oil Crusade.

We need to clean up the mess in our corrupt executive branch.

Let's get started by bringing traitor Cheney to justice. You can sign Congressman Wexler's petition for impeachment here:

You can sign in 30 seconds or less. Please, let's work together to restore the rule of law in America.

Israeli firster Mukasey is Bush's man, since the both want to cover up what exPresident of Italy just announced in Europe, which is Mossad and CIA did 9-11. Schumer and Feinstein voted for Pro-Torture Mukasey who let was in on the trials of first bombing of world trade center, and Padilla trial, and gave Larry "pull it" Silverman billions for the World Trade Center which was full of asbestos.

9-11 was done by Bush and the CIA and Mossad Israel.

This is the top story this week. It deserves to be at the top of the page, I think.

Clearly, Congress has hit a nerve. Bush does not want this investigation to happen. He is now employing all the authority of his slavishly protective so-called attorney general to prevent an investigation.

WHY?
WHY?
WHY?
