I think we're all missing the point here, didn't you hear Rudy say that his plan is to protect the nation. Implicit in his Christmas message is that he plans to protect us from all enemies foreign and domestic.

Watch out Santa, Rudy is on to you.

damn, that is a charming family! The Obamas came aross as really genuine. Not like the forced chuckles of Rudy.

The only thing I think of during a Guliani xmas is him giving that skank of a 3rd wife one of those "journey" diamonds.

I just can't stand Rudy's lisp...I never pay attention to what he is saying (not that he says much)...it is that distracting!

OMG. Who cares?

Rudy should be warned about Santa's wrath when the naughty only pretend to be nice.

Of course we all know that Rudy sent a security detail to protect Santa after 9/11 and escort him during his rounds every Christmas since then.... er...what?!
Not Santa?!
His GIRLFRIEND?!!
Well, whaddayaknow....

Obama's video has substance and is actually uplifting. Rudy's is just pandering the the depraved neo-con.

Incredibly odd but I like Giu's instead of Barack's.

I felt that the Obama family were very genuine and natural in their ad. Rudy's jovial-ness was a bit forced, but he made the effort. That vest sure looked brand new and I'll bet went right back into the box when he was finished.

At Christmas play, and make good cheer, For Christmas comes but once a year...but politics seems to go on forever.

Obama's ads was very good because he has his family. Christmas is all about family. Not what is under the tree! Merry Christmas to All

I'm supporting Obama and Edwards but I think Hillary's holiday ad is the most innovative.

OMG -I'm going to puke my lunch -that picture of Rudy "the Rat" is pathetic! What is he going for the 6 year old little boy look or what!!! Frickin' disgusting!

Caption- RG: "Don't worry Santa, you won't really be IN the sleigh when it hits the Sears tower and blows up, but people will THINK you are!" SC: "But I don't want to be kidnapped by Iranians!" RG: Chill out Klaus. They won't really be Iranians, it's all a setup, a false-flag job". SC: "Like when the Elves put soap in my ale and blame it on the Gnomes?" RG: "Exactly, Klaus. Exactly. Say, you don't have any 'Fashion Barbies' left in that sack, do you?..."

Oddly, Edwards also released a Holiday ad. Did HuffPo somehow miss that? Surely, they wouldn't try to make the Obama video look good by comparison to the Giuliani POS.

obama comes across as a televangelist simply going through the words without any real feeling...but the fake feeling is there... Awwwww... Rudy's all by himself for the holidays... poor Rudy, at least he's got santa...anybody who can not see straight through ALL OF THESE POSERS... all of them... Obama, Clinton, Romney, Huckabee, Guiliani, McCain... ZEROS.. what can any of them do to actually help our nation? absolutely nothing. Oh they'll take more of our money for continued war to make themselves and their friends rich... but what will they do for the country.. they are robots. LOWER TAXES! PEACE! SECURE BORDERS! I would rather randomly open a random page in a random phone book to a random name to choose the next president. George Bush could have worn a clown outfit while continuously burning $100 bills every 5 minutes of his entire presidency while singing jingle bells., and in comparison, we would have considered him a great president. less spending, less damage. good. ALL OF THESE CANDIDATES ARE CAMPAIGNING WHEN THEY SHOULD BE DOING SOMETHING!!!!! ANYTHING! But they do nothing but campaign. Plastic Posers. great keeps them out of Bush's face.. He's like give me $80 billion more for war! yes sir! here you go don't get angry with us. sorry to question you sir. support the troops! send more troops! it's ridiculous I've given up all hope that anything will change. We are in continuos war WWIII ain't no stopping us now mode. You think what anything anybody says is going to change anything? Bush IS the law. grrrrrrrr....anybody else feeling frustrated?

Obama ad actually feels sincere, Trudy wishing us happy politics?

The Obama video comes across as a solid stable feet on the ground family, not a floating cross or idol worship object to be seen!

As for Rudy The Red Nosed Rat, it's like the continuing story of Peyton Place, starring the cross dressing Grinch! Bah Humbug!

nice ad from Obama. Rudy's is OK, but the attempt at humor kinda misses, IMO. Appreciate the effort, though...

Obama ad = as effective as Huckabee's

Giuliani ad = GOOD LORD MAKE IT STOP
