Giuliani Plummets In Latest Poll

Former New York mayor Rudy Giuliani has fallen 13 points since November and is now tied with Mitt Romney nationally in the race for the Republican presidential nomination, according to a new NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll released on Wednesday.

According to the poll, Giuliani and the former Massachusetts governor are tied with 20 percent support among Republican primary voters.

Irony: Rudy's poll numbers dip after revelation of his use of police officers to chauffeur his mistress, and the creative accounting used to cover up the costs of his security detail on trips to their trysting place. Although Rudy saw Republicans hounding Bill Clinton for his adulterous relationship with Monica in the Oval Office ("The People's House!"), he did not control his libido and has probably blown his chance to be president.
