AP:

A federal judge refused on Wednesday to delve into the destruction of CIA interrogation videos, saying there was no evidence the Bush administration violated a court order and the Justice Department deserved time to conduct its own investigation.

The decision by U.S. District Judge Henry H. Kennedy was a victory for the Bush administration, which had urged the courts not to wade into a politically charged issue already being investigated by the Justice Department, CIA and Congress.

Bush stacked the courts with his people. Plus
his daddy's CIA affiliation bring this injustice to light. No matter what this man does or did has an impact. I bet Abramoff and
Libby really could talk but they know better.

Wonder what would happen if this wasnt a BushCo crime and someone said they wouldnt testify without immunity? Im sure things would be going just a little different.

The worst part is that with our American justice system, once the president is out of office, all crimes or possible crimes yet to be investigated are all forgiven. Its amazing what we do in America. Oh, he's no longer president, we cant take a chance of humiliating him to the world. It would be bad PR for America. Who cares about the billions stolen, the thousands killed, the hundreds raped, and the millions deceived by fraud. Its just not the way we do things in America.

And this boys and girls is how it is done. Get into office then stack the deck with small dick narrow minded people like yourself. Then when you break all the laws of the country your little trolls that you put into a postion of power will just toss out what ever you did, making you look pure as the driven snow.
what a load of shit, is it 2009 yet?

Question:So when does the DOJ investigation start?
Answer: Its already finished - and it finished at the very moment it officially started, that is verdict wise! The verdict? You guessed it -> "DOJ declares: CIA Not Guilty on any and all crimes its ever committed or ever will commit!"

Thank God that Bush got rid of those "Activist Judges". Their INTEGRITY was really getting annoying.

Good call. Who better than the CIA themselves and DOJ to investigate misdeeds by Bushco.
