Two female neighbors of mine who were previously leaning towards Obama decided to support Clinton after watching the debate and hearing Obama's snide remark that she was nice enough as well as the seeing and hearing comments making fun of her and either calling her weak and not fit to be POTUS or manipulative when she teared up. Hillary won New Hampshire because women who were not included in the polls and were not registered to vote decided to come to the polls to register and they voted predominantly to support her.

today (or yesterday?) limbaugh took credit for inspiring the "iron my shirt" heckler. he cites one of his favorite hillary jokes which he recites in public appearances, etc. in it hillary folllows him onto an elevator to worship him and asks what she can do for him, so he strips down to his underwear and then when she is all excited he tells her to fold his clothes.

he and his talk radio wannabes will do similar to obama and edwards as long as their call screeners keep their supporters from getting through- the few who do monitor the GOP talk radio propaganda juggernaut.

if hillary fans want to help her out they might want to monitor their local right wing talk radio blowhards and show signs at the local station and boycott the local sponsors of the continuing mysoginistic hillary-bashing--- they're doing the same to obama and edwards.

it's the uncontested repetition on the talk radio public airwaves to 50-70 MIL americans that makes it acceptable to the rest of the media later in the day or week.

you can't make expensive hair cuts into career defining political issues without talk radio repetition doing the groundwork first. or make the obama madrassa lie into a fact for millions of people.

MAYBE , JUST MAYBE, THE AMERICAN PEOPLE WILL AGAIN HAVE A PRESIDENT THAT REPRESENTS THE PEOPLE. HER HUSBAND, BILL, HAD A FEW FLAWS BUT HE SURELY WAS GOOD FOR THE AMERICAN PEOPLE. HILLARY WILL DO JUST FINE WHEN SHE IS IN THE WHITE HOUSE. THIS WORLD NEEDS A LITTLE MOTHERING AND A LOT LESS HOSTILITY.

I'm disappointed that several thousand women decided their vote on the basis of what 2 idiot hecklers did.

Yet ignored (1) the fact that Hillary supported the war and (2) the fact that her campaign is now lying about Obama's record.

The smartest thing for Obama to do is very, very prominently come to Hillary's defense against the irrational and sexist attacks she's taken. Tell people that meanspirited attacks on her should not be part of this campaign. It would dovetail with his message of transcending partisan bickering nicely.

Hillary doesn't take questions from "the little people" anymore. Why would she give such a neanderthal his few seconds of fame and respond to his third grade behavior? Unless (!), she thought she could garner sympathy from the episode and make it work for her. I, too, am among those who suspect the entire thing was a set up. How much are they paying Rove?

If a woman needs a man like a fish needs a bike, then Hillary is not your fish, as she rode in on Bill.

PLANT,SHMANT. That was just another dumb ass guy that thought he was being funny or clever, but it backfired. Treat the women with some respect. She is not only a United States Senator, but she is our former First Lady. As usual, it is big put down to women the world over. The great majority of Americans would never think of humiliating a presidential candidate like that, let alone Hillary Clinton. She has served her nation, and she doesn't deserve the abusive heckling. This guy should have tested the 'Iron my Shirt' Line on his wife before he went to the Clinton rally. After she smacked him, he may have changed his political approach.

That comment was obscene and unfitting for anyone who might called themselves an American. If it rallied support to Mrs Clinton then so be it. I may not like her politics but she is a woman of many accomplishments, not the least of which is having to endure the perpetual hate and vitriol of the Neanderthal Republican right.
