MSNBC Anchor Caught Applying Lipstick Mid-Segment

When the tape began to roll on a segment about Rudy Giuliani's security detail, MSNBC's Contessa Brewer, naturally, thought she had time to squeeze in a quick reapplication of her makeup. And she probably would've, had the screen not gone black, forcing producers to cut back to her in the studio.
