Sen. Hillary Clinton won 55 percent of the vote in Tuesday's Michigan presidential primary; "Uncommitted" drew 40 percent, according to unofficial election results from the Michigan Secretary of State's Office.

With "uncommitted" as her main opponent, Sen. Hillary Clinton faced strong opposition in the Michigan presidential primary. Many pundits, analysts and Clinton supporters expected Clinton to win at least 60 percent of the vote. Former Gov. James Blanchard, as reported by the Detroit Free Press, said "Anything over 50%, we're ecstatic. A win is a win is a win, given what happened in Iowa and New Hampshire."
