Grey's Anatomy and Private Practice star Kate Walsh will hit the campaign trail for Democratic Presidential Candidate Barack Obama in Arizona this week, the Obama camp announced Monday.
Walsh, who stumped for Obama in Vegas ahead of last week's Nevada Caucus, will speak with students at the union at the University of Arizona in Tucson. On Wednesday Walsh heads up to the Phoenix area for an event at Arizona State University alongside Gov. Janet Napolitano.
Walsh spent part of her childhood in Tucson, and attended the University of Arizona. She and her husband, film producer Alex Young, are part of Obama's coterie of Tinseltown backers.
