Paul Newman Reportedly Goes For Secret Cancer Surgery

Legendary actor Paul Newman has undergone surgery to save his life - after being diagnosed with cancer.

The screen star reportedly entered a New York hospital for the secret operation.

Everything went well but Newman, 83, is showing no signs of slowing down and remains very involved in his passion for car racing.

I can't believe Newman is 83. Never any scandal, decades of marriage to Joanne Woodward and a lifelong commitment to helping the poor and the underpriviledged, not to mention a long and distiguished film career. What a great life. I only hope Newman gets well and continues to live his very admirable life.

Best wishes to Paul Newman and clan. He is one of the few cowboys in Hollywood to some thing humane and socially beneficial with his money and when he goes ,(not for sometime i hope)I am sure that if there is an afterlife he will not be running into cheney and bush in his neck of the woods.
