California voters are unlikely to know the results of Tuesday's presidential primary election until the next morning, a spokeswoman for the California State Association of Counties (CSAC) said Wednesday.
According to the CSAC, the delay is a result of actions taken by the Secretary of State last year, and will happen despite bulking up on staff and volunteers for the Feb. 5 vote.
