Mitt Romney and his wife, Ann, voted about 2:30 this afternoon at Belmont Town Hall, the culmination of a grueling 38 hours of nonstop campaigning that he hopes will keep him in contention for the Republican nomination.

The Romneys walked up the stairs of the 1882 brick building to the applause of about 30 neighbors and were surrounded by a crush of TV news crews and reporters. Once inside, a town worker showed them the staircase to the voting booths.

Gosh, I wish I had 40 million dollars to blow on a campaign so I too could have that "great honor."

mmm... George Hamilton IV vs. Bob Eubanks with a dash of LDS and Pat Roberson? 2 words: "Bryll Cream (sp?) And add draft dodger and flip-flopper, whatever. etc. Not happo-nin'. Deserted his real constituents. Awesome.Except in Utah, of course, where he got like 94% of the vote. Mass- not a chance.

I sure hope his kids did their patriotic duty and voted for their old man. That is, per Mitt, the most they can do for their country.
