Police Enjoy Reunion, Deny New Album For Now

The Police are feeling rejuvenated from their reunion tour but they don't plan to record a new album, guitarist Andy Summers said Tuesday.

"The tour is great. We are making the music; it is not the same every night," Summers told reporters on the last leg of their Asian tour in Tokyo.

The British trio, who include Sting on vocals and Stewart Copeland on drums, suspended work together in the mid-1980s amid tensions within the group but never officially broke up.

If I had their bank account, I'd have enjoyed the tour too! Unfortunately, their bank accounts now includes the $270 that was deducted from MY bank account to see the tour... and oh how I wish I could have my $270 back as well as the two hours of my life. Blech.
