Via Pensito Review: U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge Robert Somma, 63, has resigned after pleading guilty to a D.U.I.

He was in his Mercedes and wearing a cocktail dress, fishnet stockings and high heels at the time of his arrest last week...

I feel sorry for the former judge. It must be hell to be transgender or transvestite. At least he got to wear a robe when on duty.

Seriously, I have to wonder what he was thinking, going out in public in that get up. If he was a good and fair judge, I hate that he messed up his life so badly.

Good and fair, are not adjectives that apply easily to republicans. They believe in jungle law, survival of the fittest. This is why I can't believe they say Darwin was wrong. They are living examples of Darwin's theory.
