Firstly, and for the nine millionth time, if you don't like entertainment news on Huffpo, you have plenty of other choices, so just ignore. Secondly, my daughter and I saw the Spice Girls in Newark last week and it was a spectacular show. They looked beautiful, sang wonderfully and danced well. The Prudential Center, the largest arena I've ever seen, was sold out. You've never seen so many 16-20 year old girls in one place, except perhaps at Castle Anthrax! Our hotel was full of moms and daughters, the moms making sure their daughters got to see the group they fell in love with when they were six and seven years old. People were there from VA to Canada. My six year old obviously didn't know what "two becomes one" meant, but she loved the music. Now she's seventeen, and listens to Lily Allen ("You were f**ing that girl next door, what you do that for?") It was a lovely show, and this middle aged mum danced and sang along for two solid hours. These vids are lovely reminders of the show.
