As a Hillary supporter you obviously know a lot about jack boots. Obama is the opposite of what your implying. Hillary is appealing to blue collar workers, and trying to take over via minority group (women voters) - similar to Hitler when he ran for election as President against Paul Von Hindenberg. So I think you've got it reversed. Obama is the candidate that is bringing people together, and doesn't need to hurl attacks at Hillary - which is similar to the Hitlers brown shirts.

no, actually, i believe that you have it wrong jcharliemiller, although obama is not a murderous tyrant like hitler, he is preying on the fact that most young americans (who have very little practical life experience given their young age) are hungry to see america's image restored in the world given the iraq war (what american does not want this?). this preying on this inner feeling of innocent americans is similiar to the way that hitler preyed on german's demoralization post WWI. what is unsettling to rational people, is that altough the obama party gatherings at the filled stadiums in each city he visits, reflects the need of the young voters, black voters, and other disaffected white voters, to feel good, there is absolutely no substance to this man, very little experience, and a false sense of coming together, like that of hitler, following, with no real reason, except that one feels bad about oneself......THIS is what is scary to me and others about the obama (oprahfication of america) cult.

Actually for the first time in my life I am voting for the Republican nominee, John McCain. I have a much less regard for Sen. Clinton than I do for Sen. Obama, and my statement was not aimed at him but at the obnoxious "cult of personality" that has grown up around his candidacy.

I am not saying Obama is hitler, but I am comparing the devotion of the followers. The Obama chanting freaked the crap out of me. I am not kidding. it is freaky. And it worries me.
I know it is threatening to some to actually be passionate about someone when politics as usual is all you are familiar with. This is exactly what our country needs after election after election of typical candidates, running politics as usual campaigns. It seems very hard for those unwilling to look outside the box to see what is right before them. They come up with the "experience argument" which Obama has plenty of. They come up with the "lack of details" argument, which there are plenty of if you take 10 seconds to look.
I am fairly confident that Obama will have no trouble defeating Hillary in this Tues. contest and I am even more confident Obama will have an even easier time defeating McCain in Nov.

I see no problem with supprting a candidate. I do see a problem with candidate worship. With people blindly following a candidate. Any critisism in the press or blogs about Obama is met with hatred. I see a problem with people loving a candidate too much, and expecting some world changing results. It freaks me out.
Hillary supporters know her flaws, we know her issues, we know how the country was under Bill Clinton. We believe in her to be a good president. (And when you look at the polls coming out of Texas, the majority of people believe Hillary more capable in all areas, but prefer Obama and his hope).
I do not think it is safe or wise to have blind adoration for anyone.
Didn't you comment this a few minutes ago? Are you waiting and then reposting a certain spin? It seems to me that you are a Hillary supporter or someone trying to say that a group of people coming together to actually believe in something more special then Micro-trends... to battle over legislation in the center, as Hillary would do.
People who support Obama understand that your messages of misdirection, and hate are immoral. Being scared of political movements? Being scared of people believing that we can solve some common problems in America? Or belief that it doesn't always have to be 50% to 50%.
Yeah, the chanting got to me to. When people become desperate, they cling to hope and any perceived saviour is immediately embraced.
Chanting? Do Hillary supporters not chant. Perhaps if Hillary had a musical genius of the caliber of will.i.am on her side then she'd have a video also. Perhaps the intellectuals have jumped ship from her.

I have a huge case of Obama-mania, I can't wait for him to be the next president. I loved the first video & I thought it seemed very spontaneous, unique, etc. But this one was over the top, one was more than enough. They tried to create the magic again and it didn't work, sometimes you just can't recreate that. There is such a thing as too much of a good thing, & it does make Obama supporters seem a little fanatical.
