Fox Hosts Claim Friday's Walk-Off Was A Joke

This morning on "Fox and Friends," co-hosts Brian Kilmeade, Gretchen Carlson, and Steve Doocy addressed Friday's show and Kilmeade's storming off the set after a dispute about Barack Obama's comments on the "typical white person." Their explanation: it was a joke, and they do it all the time!

"They got it all wrong," Doocy said of our report. "Had Brian actually stormed off the set in anger, would he have come back the next segment?"

"I walk off all the time," Kilmeade explained. "The argument was real. The walk-off was fun. We are a fun show."

I love that the site cut off the rest of my reply...I had added that I rarely see the show, but have seen him walk off before...he walked off after Doocy said what if I called you a typical sports guy (not anything about Obama)...he walked off right at a commercial break and was back laughing after they returned from the break...If you really believe that he walked of in serious protest you are no better than Olbermann: http://www.olbermannwatch.com/archives/2008/03/olbermann_punke.php
