Bill Clinton Praises "Moderate" McCain

ABC News:

At a stop in rural Pennsylvania, over winding roads and through rolling hills in small Lewistown, PA, where people lined the streets to watch his motorcade approach, former President Bill Clinton had high praise for the man who has clinched the nomination for the other party.

Mr. Clinton said all three major candidates remaining in the race are talented and special people.

He did not go into detail on Sen. Barack Obama, the Illinois Senator still locked in political combat with Sen. Clinton's wife for the Democratic nomination. Their next battle takes place next month in Pennsylvania.

Why would Bill Clinton call McCain a moderate, when ten other Republican Senators voted not guilty, but McCain voted guilty, on impeaching Bill Clinton?

To thank Hillary for staying in the race President McCain nominates Hillary to the Supreme Court and, appoints Bill Clinton as US Ambassador to the UN.
Bill is later nominated to be UN Secretary General. The republicans won't care they hold the UN in contempt. Bill will be happy in the UN it's the closest to being king of the world and, the place is awash with interns.
Hillary a Justice of the Supreme Court is what she wants more than to be President. Hillary will prove to be more rightwing than Scalia, once a Goldwater Girl always a Goldwater Girl.
Chelsea will become the first female President and the youngest at the age of 40.
Oh happy days ahead for the Clintons if they just stay in the race and eviscerate Obama for McCain.

Bill Clinton is a deceitful politician who just like Russ Limbaugh foments disinformation into the Democratic Primary Process. Unfortunately, this campaign can never be just about "Hillary versus Obama". No matter what anyone says a vote for Hillary is a vote for a Co-Presidency that includes Bill Clinton. There is no more compelling a reason for the Democrates to turn the page on this self obssessed duo than the prospect of an unrestrained Bill Clinton no longer restrained by the threat of another impreachment roaming free in the White House.

Bush Clinton Bush Clinton is not good for America. Clinton policies overwhelmingly benefited American's corporate interests just like Bush's. Clinton's deregulation of financial institutions have contributed to the America's current financial meltdown and NAFTA has reeked havoc for many American Workers. And if one doesn't believe it just look at the threatening letter by Clinton fat cats to Nancy Pelosi for supporting the notion that the millions who voted during the primaries should have a voice. These fat cats may be greedy but their not stupid and therefore know where their bread is buttered. Everyone knows you cannot trust the Clintons and Bill's recent cannonizing of John McCain just goes to prove yet again BIll and Hillary care nothing about Democrates only themselves; the Clintoncrates.

Capture Slick Willy now. Tie him down & give him high colonic, cold enemas constantly till all of the votes cast on the 1st Tue of Nov '08 are counted. This is an American election; you don't make nice with the opposition party till all of the votes have been counted. Willy is showing signs of premature senility. It can't be cured. This is very clever in a sick and manipulative way. It's a political version of "good cop, bad cop". Bill praises McCain thereby courting the Republican rump to vote for the wife in the remaining primaries, while Saint Hillary conrinues to attack Obama as unfit to lead.

There is no tactic beyond the pale for these two old style political animals. Their ambition and her inflated sense of entitlement know no bounds.

The sad thing is that many Dems will remain blindly loyal and not see through the cynical manipulation.

You know, I have been a longtime fan of Bill Clinton's, but this brings up one of my original reasons for supporting Obama... There has been a Bush or a Clinton in the White House for more than 20 years. I don't want America to be a dynastic democracy, because (among other things) it gives the people in those dynasties the impression that they have carte blanche to behave in ludicrous ways. Bush Jr. is WAY crazier than Bush Sr. was, and wannabe-first-husband Bill Clinton is far more reckless and naiive in his public behavior than President Clinton ever was.


I used to wish Bill would come back. Now I just want him to go away.
