Here he is! He's 28 and an associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy in New York. It says here that Charlie got his JD in 2007 from NYU, and got his BBA and BS at the University of Texas. A nice Southern boy. Cutler, 30, told Reliable Source that they met "randomly in a bar."

EARLIERThe New York Post makes yet another link between politics and sex rings today. Jessica Cutler, the Senate aide cum Washingtonienne blogger who detailed her sexcapades on Capitol Hill four years ago is reportedly a model on Kristin "Billie" Davis' escort web site. According to a article in Thursday's New York Post, Davis's girls were also visited by Eliot Spitzer.

The New York Post reports:

The still-alluring Cutler is seen on Davis' MySpace page partying with the alleged madam at the birthday party for her booker, who sources said is a mutual friend of both women.

Davis captioned the photo "The Famous Jessica Cutler!" The same photo also appears on a Web site touting a shoot for Davis' business, Wicked Models.

But in that photo, Davis identified Cutler as "Brooke." The shot is one in a series of four, where she is dressed in lingerie and bikinis.

Cutler admitted it was her face on the Web site but said "they were Photoshopped."

Focus on this sort of "news" betrays a fundamental weakness in our democracy.

Do we think that our politicians are angels? If so, time for a serious reality check?

Am I more affected by this or that politician's trysts or his wise supervision of the economy or wise conduct of foreign affairs?

In a democracy one gets exactly the government one deserves.

Why is the heading written like it is? He was not affiliated with a prostitution ring. He was a client of a prostitute. The prostitution ring thing makes it sound like he was running an illegal business. I will not argue that what he did was wrong but he is a john not a pimp.

Also how about a few more words on how funny it is that he went down just a week or so before the Bear when down? He was under investigation and the feds moved with unheard of speed on this one. The actually pulled wiretaps that they had permission to leave open for several more weeks. The man was wrong but this was a hit job. Follow the money on this one.

Can I just say that that pic of her reclining in a white bikini and boots, which is on the cover of the Post and now HuffPost, is one of the worst Photoshop jobs i've ever seen? It's her head pasted on someone else's body, and you can see the halo of blur around it even in a tiny pic. Sloppy job!
