Anderson Cooper Explains His Stalker, Gets A Thigh Workout

Anderson Cooper guest-hosted "Live with Regis and Kelly" this morning and explained that a stalker showed up to his apartment this morning carrying bags and ready to move in. The stalker, a female, apparently left his building to find him at the CNN headquarters, unaware that he was hosting with Kelly this morning. Later, Anderson showed off his biceps when he changed into a tight t-shirt for a workout session with Kelly as part of their Staff Fitness Challenge. He was hesitant to do the butt-strengthening exercises and the pilates moves, but was more than eager to show off his ever-expanding biceps by doing some manly push-ups.
