Vanity Fair is auctioning off the globe Madonna poses with on the cover of this month's issue. The globe's official Ebay page says it's constructed of plaster and marble dust with a recyclable polystyrene core. The globe is four-feet in diameter and weighs about 8 pounds. It took 10 days to complete, and when the photoshoot was over, Madonna signed the back and drew a heart over Africa.

All proceeds from the sale are going to Madonna's Raising Malawi charity.

The auction starts today and continues till the 18th. Whoever wins the globe also gets:

• two tickets to a very special Madonna performance in New York City at the end of April;

• accommodation for two nights at N.Y.C.'s Bowery Hotel;

• dinner at Gemma--one of Manhattan's hottest restaurants;

• round-trip airfare for you and a guest (from select cities) to N.Y.C., provided by Virgin America.
