If Hillary had these guys give a concert for her instead of Elton, I might vote for her....
Not content with holding up the line at McDonald's for twenty minutes trying to make change for a twenty, now these nonagenarian nabobs coopt rock and roll? Jeez, next thing one of them old folks is gonna want to be presid . . . oh wait . .
Some of em are pretty good.
And let's not forget some rock stars are not that young anymore-Mick, Cher, Tina, Sir Paul are I few I can think of.
Wow - a touching display of human mind-body-spirit. More power to 'em.
BTW - be sure to catch BB King on tour. He'll have you in love with life.
They're in it for the groupies. What hath thou wrought, viagra!?
If they take requests: "Time the Avenger"
Boy, that Mick Jagger never knows when to quit!
Honestly, they are AWFUL. It's torture to watch them. Not fun, not cute, perhaps exploitation of the elderly.
Ah;I hope that you will be "all that you can be" when your time comes to be elderly.Th
Check out the delightful album "Little Pieces" that Jimmy Norman released at the age of 67. Talent has no age.
No good. fixodent and false teeth flying in the audience is not good clean fun. I hope there are several EMTs on standby, weak hearts and artificial hips are nothing to play with. Having an undertaker nearby would be a good idea. A nice long hearse would be an excellent travelling vehicle.
Just keeping it real.
This sounds so cool. Can't wait till it's being shown in my neck of the woods!
My partner & I had the opportunity to see it at a preview, before its public release. We LOVED it, and have recommended it to everyone. It's funny, sad, joyful, amazing.
Guys, this is a good one to take your date to see. They'll love it, and you won't be bored to death.
At age 80, I had decided pursue a life long goal of becoming a performing vocalist. My only musical training was a three month piano course at L.A Jr. College in 1959. As a vocalist I was never able to stay on key and had a limited range of about one octave. Within six month of self-training 2 hour daily just singing songs memorized from Frank Sinatra Song books, I composed my first song and before I turned 83 years old I composed 24 ORIGINAL 1940-50s mode songs that you can hear me sing on my website

I'm seventy myself, and I've seen the previews of the movie in local theaters. Frankly, I don't see anything funny or entertaining about seniors singing rock and roll, unless you are into the brain dead, terminal cuteness of pets and grandchildren. I'd rather see a good foreign flick or read a cool book or write a nifty haiku. I don't feel old enough to have a movie made about my rock and roll years. I'd rather see a movie about a bunch of 20 year old computer geeks or wall street financial analysts having an orgy. Now that would be a great flick.
