tastycake3 - Excellent post!! My feelings exactly. I'm so tired of Hillery attacking Obama on everything he says, I've turned her off whenever she's on. And as far as all those trolls that don't like Huffpo, and say they favor Obama, they can just go to the right wing sites and stay the heck off this one. Only sane people can see thru her and know a lie when she says them. For the sake of our furture generations---
OBAMA /08
Wow. She's really going nutso. Somebody needs to stage an intervention.
I was really embarrassed for Hillary. Her speech sounded just so phony.
You just know that Hillary's got an acting coach somewhere, don't you? She has the same, calculated rhetorical flourish when she talks to crowds, the same gestures. If, perhaps, she had not been reading her comments about MLK, she might come across as more believable. As it is, she sounds just like the lying liar that she is.
So does _Hillary_ inhale?
I love Stewart..............tells it like it is!!
I didn't for one second believe her Oscar wannabe act about MLK........she just poured it on too thick.
My problem is that presumably she was alone in the moment, and therefore she can make up whatever story she wants. Given her tendency for hyperbole, I can't believe anything she says.
Let's face it, no one is impressed if you were to say "I heard the news and shook my head, and thought, "Shit, that sucks. He was a good guy".
It would probably be more honest, but not nearly as DRAMATIC.
I was in college at the same time. I don't recall that students had book bags in those days. Being a geek, I had a briefcase.
They didn't. Bookbags weren't used in 1964. You carried your books in your arms. In the 70s you hardly bothered carrying books. In the 80s, tote bags and bookbags came into fashion.
I guess Hillary was so innovative that she invented the bookbag! What a woman! That's her next lie I suppose.
Very funny.......thanks!
Just a comment on the latest buzz on Obamas saying people are bitter well THEY ARE at least where I live they are. He gets blasted for telling the truth by the talking heads who dont have any reason to be bitter! Hillery well she is not bitter why should she be she and Bill have made a fortune by playing with the big corprations and money people who sponsor their run for the white house. Both of the Clintons are in the pocket of corprate americia and the far right know it. WHEN WILL THE PEOPLE stand up to the lies of the talking heads who sponsor the far right? Answer never as long as the news media is controled by them.
