Rob Lowe's Nanny Speaks Out, Claims Groping And Flashing

Last Monday actor Rob Lowe wrote an exclusive blog for Huffington Post as preemptive strike against what he described as a $1.5M blackmail attempt by a former nanny to his two sons. He has since filed a lawsuit against her and two other members of his household staff. Tuesday that nanny, Jessica Gibson, appeared on Today with her attorney Gloria Allred. She claims she was sexually harassed and assaulted but kept working because she needed the job. (SCROLL FOR VIDEO & HER COUNTERSUIT)

Jessica Gibson told Today:

"I love the children, I needed the job, and I always thought it would get better -- and I was scared," Gibson told TODAY's Meredith Vieira Tuesday, one day after she filed a countersuit against the actor and his makeup artist wife, Sheryl Berkoff.

"A lot of people in her position are scared to go against someone who is rich and powerful and a famous celebrity such as Rob Lowe," added Gibson's attorney, Gloria Allred...

In court documents filed Monday, Gibson alleges: "On several occasions beginning in or about September 2005 and ending in or about January 2008, without consent, Cross Defendant Rob Lowe placed his hand inside Gibson's pants in order to touch her crotch. In or about December 2007, Cross Defendant Lowe grabbed Gibson's buttocks without consent."

Meanwhile, TMZ has Rob Lowe's nanny Jessica Gibson's countersuit:

In her suit, Gibson claims Lowe not only groped her, he repeatedly exposed his "flaccid penis" and his "erect penis" to her, repeatedly asked her "to touch his penis," repeatedly masturbated in front of her, showed her pornographic images on his computer, asked her to give him a massage and tell him dirty stories ... and that's just Rob!

She then says Rob's wife Sheryl walked around naked --"completely exposing herself" -- made "numerous sexually vulgar comments about male genitalia," "would talk about her sex life" with Rob and said that "she would never have a boyfriend because only a married man would want to f*** her."

Meanwhile, several of Lowe's other employees have come to Lowe's defense:

Lowe's estate manager, Carol Andrade, defended the actor in a written declaration provided to Lowe's legal team and obtained by PEOPLE: "Jessica never told me ... that Rob ever said or did anything that she found inappropriate or offensive or that made her feel uncomfortable ... or made sexual advances toward her."

In another declaration, Jennifer Dynof, president of Lowe Profile, a company owned by Lowe, also stated that she'd never witnessed any questionable behavior by Lowe.

"[In the past four years working for Rob], I have never seen him make any sexual advances toward any other woman or act inappropriately, offensively or disrespectfully toward any woman," Dynof stated.

Both employees added they would testify in court if need be.

Rob Lowe and his friend (SB News press owner) Wendy McCaw have silenced the liberals and progressives in our small town (Santa Barbara)--and have brought down our local paper. These people are not liberals, no matter how you define this! Okay, I will summarize as best I can. Wendy McCaw, a billionaire because of her divorce from Craig McCaw (cell phone magnate), bought our local paper. Rob Lowe, her friend, was building a McMansion--30,000 square feet plus? (in our anti-development town you can' t build a dog house without arousing the community). He had to go in front of the board, and the Newspaper reported his address, as was the journalistic custom in such cases. Lowe, furious, contacted McCaw, and she disciplined the reporters. Everything went to hell from there. She became like almost a Shakespearean character, firing or imtimidating everyone who questioned her motives. All the journalists went down, from sports writers to arts' writers, to the very experienced editors, etc. Local producers (with Hollywood credentials) made a film called "Citizen McCaw" that exposed all the harm she had done. The film included interviews by Ben Bradlee (editor of the Washington Post during the Watergate Era) and Lou Cannon of the L. A. Times. McCaw did most of the damage but Lowe started it. We are sixth generation here; disgusted.

I think Jessica was very nervous to be on national television for the first time. You can see that it's nerves if you look at her neck and chest going up and down very rapidly.

They were lovers! It's so clear to me and very obvious but she can't say they were lovers because that would make it consensual and there would be no "hush money" involved or even a case. But I think she was underpaid as a celeb's nanny.

I do think that Rob Lowe Has a sex addiction problem. He has always battled this stuff. I think that they were involved with eachother and the wife knew about it and the nanny knew that the wife knew about it. His wife was just looking the other way. See.........that is the hardest type of situation for a mistress to deal with because she was in a tight spot cuz of the way that it was set up. She was prob. very frustrated that she had no way of using the affair against him. How was she going to tell on him if the wife already knew about it and was pretty much accepting it. Jessica Gibson is smirking through the entire interview. She even smiles and laughs when questioned. This does not seem like someone making a serious allegation, it seems like someone who knows it is a joke and is pleased to be getting her moment in the limelight.

I don't believe him and I don't believe Jessica. There's his side, her side, and the truth! The two had an affair and Sheryl knew about it and looked the other way. Why does a rich, heavy and unattractive woman hire a sexy 18 year old nanny in the first place? No matter how many scarves Sheryl puts on her neck, it doesn't hide the fact she doesn't have a jawline and a growing double chin. Come on you don't hire such an attractive girl to raise your kids and have around the house all the time without some flirtation happening! I think Jessica's hurt from the unrequited love and wants revenge to fill whatever void she has now. If Rob slept with her, own up to it in private and give her the $50,000.

1.) In Rob's blog he says one of Jessica's collagues stated that Jess was in love with him and that she wishes he would divorce his wife, those are words from a mistress not a crush, come on we aren't stupid! Any man knows when a woman's attracted to him especially if they worked for 7 years in your house!

2.) The court papers from Jessica's it states Sheryl harrassed her by talking about her sex life with Rob and said that she would never have a boyfriend because only married men wanted to F*** her. It's obvious Sheryl was jealous of Jessica and Rob's affair/attraction to each other.

If she was sexually harrassed then why did she quit and then keep going back, couldn't she find another job. Sexual harrassment is hard to prove, why would Rob Lowe do this, or was it the
wife, the story is not clear. No sympathy until the whole story is told. I believed Anita Hill,

One hires a nanny to be the primary caregiver for one's children. A nanny spends more time with the kids than either parent. Typically children relate to the nanny as to a parent and love them. The last thing a parent should do is to switch nannies, thus pulling the emotional rug out from under their kids' feet. It is stated by all parties that this young woman left the Lowe's employ twice and then they hired her back, all within a perid of three years. Obviously this was not good for the Lowe's kids' emotional stability - teaching them the lesson not to form emotional attachments, because people who say they love you can walk out on you repeatedly. As a parent, first of all I would not hire a nanny because I love(d) raising my kids myself. Secondly, if economic circumstances forced me to hire a nanny, I sure as hell wouldn't re-employ someone who was so fickle as to walk out on me and my kids. But the Lowes did rehire her, twice. This leads me to conclude that Lowe doesn't give a shit about his kids' emotional well being and/or it was him who wanted the nanny back within groping distance.

She said he sexually harassed her, but she kept going back there because she needed a job and she loved the children. Puh-leese! Nanny jobs are a dime a dozen, especially in the richer precincts of LA and environs. If she was really any good at her job, she could have easily gotten another one in a flash.
Not buying her story, not any of it. It's not like she was chained to a chair by night.
