Viacom Chief Executive Philippe P. Dauman last year earned 56% less than CBS Corp. CEO Leslie Moonves, even though Viacom has a market capitalization 72% greater than CBS and performed substantially better.

This is some photo. Redstone resembles an interesting experiment in taxidermy. I deliberately use the word experiment to indicate that the procedure was not necessarily successful.
The guy bears a striking resemblance to Howdy Doody.
Look at Redstone; 84 and a bad dye job.
That's the image of today's greedy liberal capitalists.

Meanwhile, what does Warren Buffett get? The CEO of Costco? (not much, considering how well their companies are doing. CEO of Costco gets, including bonuses, well under a $mil a year)
Then the oil execs get $tens of millions as the stock price goes up, but for what? They are just sitting there while the price of oil triples. A rock could do the same.
The CEO of United Health Care leaves with about Half a $Bil. For what? For denying coverage to the sickest subscribers.
Anyone who argues pay for performance has not been paying attention.
