Pundits Predict Pennsylvania Results

In the days leading up to the Pennsylvania Primary, pundits from across the spectrum have predicted a Hillary Clinton win in the Keystone State later tonight. But as the 2008 election season has shown, it can be dangerous for pundits and politicians to make predictions. Here's a round up of some of the last-minute predictions offered up by the brightest talking heads in the nation.

Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell, a Clinton backer, told Fox News last Tuesday that Hillary Clinton could carry his state by double digits. Watch the clip:

Terry McAuliffe, the Chairman of Clinton's campaign, appearing on CNN Monday, did not bite at the "double digit" apple, but tried out another Clinton talking point, saying "a win is a win." Watch McAuliffe:

Philadelphia radio host E. Steven Collins predicted a much closer race, saying that the race will come down to three points. Watch Collins:

Pat Buchanan, on MSNBC, said that if Obama loses badly, "serious Democrats" will say "what's the matter with Barack Obama." Watch Buchanan:

Rep. Chaka Fattah of Philadelphia, an Obama supporter, predicted that his district, which has the most delegates at stake on Tuesday, would go heavily for Obama.

Gene Robinson of the Washington Post took a different approach to Pennsylvania predictions: They'll both declare victory. Watch Robinson:
