This $683 million is not as signifigant as the $12 billion in taxpayer money the Republicans gave away to big Oil in 2002, but it will help.
Mr. Vice President Gore, any chance you would be willing to take a post in the new Democratic administration, as, maybe, EPA chief? Maybe DOE chief? (Heck, I'd love to see you run for President again.) With your brains and energy, you would be a real asset. Too bad Bush didn't have the brains to use you in his administration.

Funny how the Neo Clowns have always touted "THE FREE MARKET" and then when someone else who has differing views about Global Climate Change and can make a return on the investment of the future of this world comes along, THEN they get all freaked out about him making money IN THE FREE MARKET.
Oil companies are screwing us into the ground, and the trolls think that is just wonderful and a true example of THE FREE MARKET. And they ain't doing SHIT to help the planet as well.

His family owns thousands of ac of land and they lease it to minging interest, oil companies, and others.
His own enviorment policys would have cost him money.
When enviormental laws increae cost they lower the lease values. So he was willing to lose money, he is not a selfish narrowminded would be dictators like those who have highjacked our government.
