Fox News is releasing highlights from Hillary Clinton's first interview on "The O'Reilly Factor," airing Wednesday and Thursday nights (Obama went on Fox News this Sunday for the first time). ABC got its hands on a partial transcript (transcript also pasted below). Hillary says she believes Reverend Wright's comments are "offensive and outrageous." The very comments Barack Obama denounced at a press conference Tuesday. Watch the video and read more from ABC below :

Hillary Clinton, in her first appearance on "The O'Reilly Factor," matched Barack Obama's declared outrage over Rev. Jeremiah Wright, saying she was offended by the pastor's statements about America.

In a two-part interview to air Wednesday and Thursday night at 8 p.m. ET, Clinton said it's up to voters to decide whether the mounting controversy over Obama's retired pastor should impact the race.

O'Reilly: "Some people say it's not a big difference between you and Barack Obama, overall philosophy, overall outlook. It's a democratic liberal line, he's more liberal than you, but it's the same thing. It's a personality run, which is why before Rev. Wright derailed him, Barack Obama had some momentum because you are a more polarizing personality than he is. Do you agree with that?"

Read the transcript - courtesy of ABC.

O'Reilly: "Perceived as a nicer guy."

Hillary: "Well, I've been around a long time. I bear a lot of the scars, ideological and political battles, I stand up for what I believe in."

SOT-3321 - TRT: :37 - oc: in today.

(Hillary / O'Reilly interview - subject: Rev. Wright)

O'Reilly: "Can you believe this Rev. Wright guy? Can you believe this guy?"

Hillary: "Well, I'm going to leave it up to voters to decide."

O'Reilly: "Well, what do you think as an American?"

Hillary: "Well, what I said when I was asked directly is that I would not have stayed in the church.

O'Reilly: "You're an American citizen, I'm an American citizen, He's an American citizen, Rev. Wright. What do you think when you hear a fellow American citizen say that kind of stuff about America."

Hillary: "Well, I take offense. I think it's offensive and outrageous. I'm going to express my opinion, others can express theirs. It is part of just, you know, an atmosphere we're in today."

Hillary Clinton has sat in the church of Bill Clinton for over 35 years.
Joining her in the pew were Paula Jones, Jennifer Flowers, Monica Lewinski,
And Juanita Broaddrick,
Why did Hillary continue to belong to that church?

It is odd how people keep equating Hillary's marriage to every dicey relationship Obama has. What happens within a marriage is not really reliable fodder since no one knows what kind of bonds exist. Nor is it anyone's business. A president's sexual proclivities did not become fair game until recently. Otherwise, we would be looking back on a history that resembled one long porn flick. Other countries, wisely, ignore it. They do not ignore relationships which might impact a candidate's political leanings. And Hillary certainly did not choose relationships with all of the women you mention so that argument is completely without merit.

Beautiful! .......and wisely put "presto". I'm with you.

As though the continuation of this flak, makes a HOMEland Secure. Many a determined woman ( and man! ) have kept their particular 'nation' IN TACT. A little more of Hillary's abilities proves her STRONG and RESILIENT!

What is wrong with this picture? A gallon of gas is moving to $4.00 a gallon. White House torture memos released, retired t.v. generals instructed by White House to "sell" the Iraq war and OCCUPATION, at THIS moment, 2 aircraft carriers are moving on Iran, plus countless lies and scandals over the past 7+ years of this BUSH CABAL, our economy is S***. And all the media and flag lapel wearing, knuckle dragging idiots want to argue about is a candidate's pastor or his honest comment about Americans being "bitter" & "clinging" to their guns or religion!!!!!!!!! WE AMERICANS DESERVE either McBush or Miss REPUB LITE! Why not 100 years or war while we are "dodging" bullets at every airport in the world, H***, I don't give a s***, I won't live 1/5th that long, and certainly can't afford to leave my neighborhood; let alone fly to another country. One thing for sure, if the above mentioned candidates make the Oval office, I'll have plenty of company in this fast becoming banana republic, that once was a land of opportunity for ALL AMERICANS.

Anyone who teaches hate is offensive. So is a liar.I find it offensive that Bill Clinton used the White House as his whore house, something she knew about. Does she find it offensive and outrageous? No, she is in a business relationship not a marriage. She would be wise to use her time getting her elitist butt to her accountant and releasing all her tax info;pronto. Anything to throw attention from her own problems with the help of the good ole boys controlled media..

luvienne, have you ever given any thought to keeping your nose out of the clinton's marriage? when, exactly, did it become any of YOUR business? or does the natural far-left urge to tell everyone how to act and think extend to interfering with the personal relationships of total strangers?

That marriage is far more of a tangible issue than comments from a minister. I guess to you, rejecting vows and commitments to someone then publicly lying about it is not as disturbing a trait as being in a church where a guy made sermons that makes you uncomfortable. That can only make sense to a clinton groupie (or anyone in general devoid of logical thought).

How people respond to these things matter. The clintons lie and hide and cover up when faced with adversity. Obama looked everyone in the eye by making a long public speech about the Wright issue. He's not perfect, but at least he has something clinton never will - integrity and character.

You're fine with prying into anything in Obama's private life but clinton's is off limits. Good thing double standards are only things used by misogynists, right? Now run along, you don't want to be late for work at the DLC.

Why Pastor Wright was so angry and disappointed? Is it because Pastor Wright could conclude that the ambitious Obama USED him, used the church and the parishioners as a network to jump start his entry in politics in Chicago- ILL...

Meanwhile the real black elitist plan was to maintain and preserve the secret arcania of feelings within the black progressive Christian church community for political purposes but lo and behold suddenly and without warning there appeared a schism among the young and the old!

The old black folks cling to their church notwithstanding its unpatriotic irreverences! These folks are as loyal to their church as Irish Catholics and proudly trumpet their blackness and feel justified for opinions that dam white America!

It makes me very sad to see Hillary Clinton brown-nosing the Republican hate machine. Barack Obama is the only candidate who can take our country away from the politics of fear and hate, and in to a new era of hope and change.

BARACK OBAMA ONLY NEEDS 295 DELEGATES TO WIN THE NOMINATION!

The voters in North Carolina and Indiana, with a win for Obama in their primary's, can put this marathon Democratic primary to an end by voting for Barack Obama.

Barack has 1,730 delegates as of today. He needs 2,025 to win the nomination. I want every Democrat and Independant in Indiana and North Carolina to get to the polls and vote for Barack Obama. Don't let the media spin and the right wing conservative media conglomorates win this election.

Barack Obama is by far the strongest candidate against McCain. Go to www.pollster.com (type it in if the link does not work) and check out the state by state polls. Barack Obama is leading McCain in Michigan, Wisconsin, Iowa, Oregon, Minnesota, and even Colorado. Hillary is losing to McCain in Michigan, Oregon, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Colorado and she is tied with McCain in Minnesota. If Hillary can't win Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota and Oregon in the general election, then she can't beat McCain.

VOTE FOR BARACK OBAMA IN NORTH CAROLINA AND INDIANA, AND LETS GET A DEMOCRAT WIN IN NOVEMBER!

How sad were you when Obama hit the Fox airwaves last week?

You need to look at the dates on those polls. Comparing polls from several weeks ago to polls this week is an apples/oranges thing. And none of the November projection polls mean much now anyhow.

It's now official. She's one of THEM.

Hillary has prostituted herself by going on The O'Reilly Fiction. She has no standards and she is a republican at heart. No democrat should legitimize Fox by pretending it's about serious discussion.

By the way, notice that idiot prodding her on, and notice how hungry she was to take the bait. O'Reilly was wetting himself. We can be sure of that.

Disgusting.

well,Bill o'reilly is the best...why cause he doesn't back down off his guests.Clinton i must say held her own.She did not show any intimidation and was well versed in her views.I think republicans should be afraid of hillary getting the nomination.

Question for you Keith olberman lovers, are you idiots or what to watch that show. Why must he read every thing on the screen to the viewers, can't we read.No wonder he loses to o'reilly all the time.Watch KO and hillary and then watch bill o and hillary.Tell me which interview was better honestly. Why must he mention bill 'os name on every show.I have not heard o'reilly mention him by name, one time.

That's like your co orkers constantly talking about you,and your so above them you don't even dignify them with a response. When will Olberman have some one on there that disagrees with him? When we he have john mccain or tom delay. When we he have someone other than wolfe, that newsweek guy with the horrendous come over!!1when will he have someone other than the black guy with glasses or maddow. No one ever that disagrees with him....imagine the view with nonly one view....BORING.

The O'Reilly show is worth watching to see Dennis Miller's head blow up over how bad he hates Hillary. Nicely done. First time I've agreed with him in a decade.

She'd do herself alot more good by taking the high road and get off Wright. Just let it go, just like when Obama let it go when it came down to Snipergate. Or when she complained about always going first, you said it and then everybody let it go. Folks are going to remember her for cozying up with the Right, supposedly her sworn ememies, just so she could tear into a fellow Democrat like somebody gone crazy.

What is offensive and outrageous is that Hillary Clinton can come this close to the presidency with only the experience of her husband. Her lies are also offensive and outrageous and that she has the gall to accuse any one else of anything given her sleaziness is also O and O.

Well at least she knows HOW the mechanics in Washington work - even though Obama has received a great deal of the "INSIDERS" endorsements: Kennedy, Kerry, Leahy, Richardson, Dodd, Lugar, Mineta, Nunn, Reich......need I go on?

Besides, Obama wasn't able TO VOTE against/for the Irak war. He wasn't even IN THE SENATE at the time. He can be inspiring listening to his speeches, but he's putty in the hands of the media.

I'd like to know how he'd react to his first news conference as Commander-in-Chief in the midst
of a R-E-A-L crisis.

Hillary: "Well, I take offense. I think it's offensive and outrageous. I'm going to express my opinion, others can express theirs. It is part of just, you know, an atmosphere we're in today. And I thought the exact same things about Rev. Wright when my husband and I invited Rev. Wright to counsel us after he embarrassed our family by having an affair with an intern."

*OK, I confess: That last sentence I wrote.
