Frustration among the House Republicans with Minority Leader John Boehner is apparently so great that some members are already considering a challenge.

As the Republicans lost their third special election in a row on Tuesday -- a feat not seen in 30 years -- Chuck Todd reported on MSNBC:

It is a seismic sort of shift, and sort of think of what you're gonna see the Republican Caucus... I have already been hearing whisper campaigns about John Boehner, the Republican leader, people are thinking about challenging him. Is he not being strident enough? You've got all sort of back biting and in-fighting. It is not a good night in the House Republican Caucus.

Also, Politico's Mike Allen noted this morning:

Whispers among some House Republicans about trying to replace Cole with Rep. Tom Davis (R-Va.), who was NRCC chairman from 1998 to 2002. House Minority Leader John Boehner (R-Ohio) also has to watch his back. House conservatives especially restive.

The Republican Party elected members have been unified in their policies to place self- and elite- group interests above the common interests. These policies and administrative decisions over the past quarter century have brought "the wealthiest country in the world" to virtual bankruptcy and ruin.
This Party is in disarray. As was the Whig Party replaced by the Republican Party, the Republican Party should be replaced by a new generation of conservative reformers that again place the individual citizen, his wife and family as the strength and sustenance of the Nation. Furthermore, that equitable opportunity of every emerging citizen from childhood is the cornerstone of the Party. The concentration of bloated civil service, governing class and welfare class must be replaced with independent, self-sufficient citizens with unlimiting options for employment growth and development. The concentration of economic and inheritedf power within families and groups and the corporations they control must be dismantled and decentralized to bring forth a rebirth of opportunity, ininative and ingenuity---a renaissance in American citizentry that may again astound and encourage the world.

They do not think. People do not care to learn, it is easier if some one "regurgitates knowledge" into ones brains. That's the concept that won News Corp it's fame and continued relevance amongst the less educated by choice.

Boehner hasn't realized that it takes more than running toward a microphone. He is a pathetic hater who has become a rallying icon for the democratic party.

Republicans had a choice - back Bush policies or try to work out compromises with the Democrats. They stuck with George and now must pay the price. How could they not see the anger that has been bubbling in this country for the past two years???

This proves finally:

Neocon Republicans are STUPID beyond redemption. They'll always have that hard-core trailer park 20% of American to vote for them (yikes, some of them voted for Hillary yesterday!) but the dozing middle has finally woken up.

Democrats are naive and spineless, but most have intelligence which can be worked with.

The ones in WV voted for Hillary because they are not only uneducated and dumb, but racist and fanatic as well. I live in WV and see it every day.

Just what the Repubs need. Some one to replace a guy who isn't conservative and strident enough? Oh Man!

Maybe if the Repugnants kick out their leadership the Demorats will follow suit and replace Pelosi and Reid with vertebrates. Naaaaa that would be like expecting the Bush Administration to grow some scruples and concern for the non-rich.
