Karl Rove isn't saying much about the case of Alabama Gov. Don Siegelman, and he hasn't made much of an effort to accommodate the House Judiciary Committee. He has declined to acknowledge a subpoena from Rep. Conyers, citing a claim of executive privilege over the matter.
