Kazakhstan's President's Brother Pays Over $20M For NY Apartment

THE brother of Kazakhstan's president paid just over $20 million for an apartment at the condo-ized Plaza Hotel. The Post's Braden Keil reports oil-rich Bolat Nazarbayev has taken a spacious 18th-floor pad. He owns BN Munay and BN Consulting, which are involved in oil production and transportation. Bolat's brother, Nursultan Nazarbayev, is much in the news - Vanity Fair reports Bill Clinton flew to Kazakhstan to introduce him to a Canadian mining magnate who then donated more than $31 million to the Clinton Foundation....
