Terry McAuliffe Downs Shots On "Morning Joe"

As promised, Terry McAuliffe appeared on "Morning Joe" this morning with a bottle of rum, brought back from Puerto Rico for Mika Brzezinski. But whereas on Monday he promised he'd be there "to celebrate Hillary, the nominee of the Democratic party," today he admitted (speaking of Barack Obama), "He got the number!" while downing some shots of Bacardi.

I know that this clip is two days old, and so is a lifetime ago, but this winning the popular vote crap really galls me still. It's amazing that it's still being said, even today, and folks are passively accepting it.

As a father of two lovely and very smart daughters I am horrified by Hilary's total lack of decorum and self respect. I trust it would be fair to say that together with her fanatical (and very fake) band of followers, she has made women aiming for high office look bad.

The damage she has caused and is continuing to cause will be long lasting. What a shame, a trail blazer should turn out to be so self centred and totally lacking in any leadership qualities.

I'm sick of every one pampering Hillary Clinton! It's over now. She should be acting and forming like a dignified candidate who did lose, but proud of her run. Instead she's acting like a spoiled child who has to have center stage! This is obama's win, and the lady is doing everything possible to ruine it, and her supporters are cheering her on. Because, she has not done her job with dignity, and grace and she has not allowed her supporters that dignity to get out gracefully any support the winning candidate. I have never been so disappointed in the first Lady Candidate for President of the United states as I am now! I hate to think what History will say or protray her and her husband as, if she continues in this fashion. It makes you ashamed to be a woman at this point and time! She could have left with us being proud of her and her accomplishments in this race. Instead she leaves with us being ashamed of her and the way she has treated The winner. Mr. Obama has been very graciouse to her! More than any other candidate in this race on either side has gotten for being a loser! Can guarantee you this is a sad day for all women!
