It is only a Debt if you cannot pay the Bill. I would exchange bank books with Cindy any day of the week. Hey Cindy if you are not using your private jet this week do you mind if I borrow it?

Can someone explain to me with all his income and his "debt", how come he pays his ex-wife, a measly some of $17,700 per year for alimony?

This raises my eyebrows for the same reason that Senator Clinton's 2001-2007 income report raised my eyebrows. How does someone that rich have any clue what the middle-class American family is faced with right now? My husband and I are my no means poor, but we've had to really rethink our spending habits and have had cut back on our charitable giving and 503b contributions because of skyrocketing costs and stagnant incomes.

While I understand the fiscal advantage of floating the hundreds of thousands of dollars on the Amex at 0%, how on earth would someone who can afford to do that understand understand the burden of putting $3.85 a gallon of gas into a Dodge Neon, and that it sucks to shop at the SuperWalmart, and that going to the IHOP is now a "nice dinner out"?

It says more to me that Senator Obama and his wife carry no debt and are investing in their children's education and T-notes. Plus it hasn't been that long since they finished paying off college loans. I don't understand why some democrats think the Obama's are elitist and that McCain is a better choice for them.

Bill Clinton was the son of a single parent, who was raised in part by his grandparents, while his mother attended nursing school. His story is not unlike Obama's in many ways, so I would not put them in the same category as McCain. I would agree with the rest of your statement. And the answer to your last sentence is because they want an excuse to vote for McCain over Obama.

Anybody who was raised by a single parent and grandparents, and doesn't try to hide it, and was a community organizer, and has a plan for health care for all Americans is certainly not elitist. anybody that claims Obama is elitist is stupid and silly, in that order. I don't know if McCain is an elitist, but he did leave his disabled first wife, the one who waited for him to come home from Vietnam for an heiress twenty years his junior. I hope women remember that and don't fall into the stupid and silly category.

Amazing. McCain marries the daughter of a mobbed-up bootlegger
with more money than god

and yet you feel the need to drag in the Clintons. Agenda much??

And before you fall all over yourself about Obama, how did he get his house?

He's a product of the Chicago machine. Nothing special. Up to his neck in it.

Ah, but those damn Clintons......................

Hello people. Our country is in debt why do we want a president who can't pay his bills. How can he show us how to spend our money when they can't spend their own right. I don't want him as president. No president should be in debt because imagine all of the favors they would do just to get out of it. We don't need him america. He can't even take care of his own house how can he take care of us.

Another tidbit of information that the television "news" does not bother to report. It's too relevant to the decision that this country is making. This is not what most Americans would consider being financially responsible. And don't forget Grampy has admitted that HE doesn't understand economics.
I guess Ms. Cindy, C--T as Grampy lovingly refers to her, must have such incredible amounts of money that the interest on this debt is nothing to her.

"The rich are different from you and me", says Nick Carraway in Scott Fitzgerald's Great Gatsby at the start of a meandering analysis on what divides the psychology of the rich from ordinary mortals. "Yes, they have more money," Ernest Hemingway is said once to have replied in mock response to this famous piece of reflection...

Don't worry. Cindy can write out a check. After all she's an heir to a fortune and she's also busy hiding McCain's generous income in her name as well.

What? Are they trying to relate to the average American, why release this information? Just f*cking pay your bill, it's not like you can't afford to, like the rest of us.

What a Joke!

They should cut back on those Lattes so they can start paying off those credit cards. Is this the guy we expect to balance our budget while he can't even pay his credit cards? Apparently one of the cards has a whooping 25% interest rate... yes 25%!

"$100,000 of credit card liabilities?" Tells you something about his economic competence.

Spend it now and pay it off when you're a hundred and ten!

No...they are just liars. They are playing on the lack of intellegence of their supporters. They are messing with your mind. Cindy is wealthy and the bill is paid. This man is so weak until watching him is like watching paint dry. We have already had enough of Bush and his boring speeches and sick jokes. We don't give a s**T about their bedt...it's just s moke screen...trying to sound normal!

$100,000 credit card bills and $250,000 credit limits. It certainly SOUNDS normal. Cindy is wealthy? I had no idea. And, oh yeah, "they are just liars." Is that it? What have they lied about. In fact, what are you even talking about?

You need to look that word up. You're obviously under the impression it means "wealthy." I assure you, it doesn't.

I believe the McCains will be a total mess in the White House and will run up our debt even more. If they can't manage their own problems then how can we expect them to manage the country's?
