Norquist has one of the most overblown reputations in US politics. As a tax cut fanatic, he has tried to become a kingmaker within the GOP. If you check his past comments, you'll find a rather simplistic thought process at work. The only people who pay attention to him are diehard trickle down economist wet dreamers.
