I am encouraged about the comments on Justice by john Edwards because the

Department of justice is where he needs to be as our next populist Atty General.

I also just saw General Wesley Clark on TV, downgrading McClone's credentials

Norquist has one of the most overblown reputations in US politics. As a tax cut fanatic, he has tried to become a kingmaker within the GOP. If you check his past comments, you'll find a rather simplistic thought process at work. The only people who pay attention to him are diehard trickle down economist wet dreamers. This flap over his comment is silly.

Racebaiting is the nice word for it!
Comments like.......to make you afraid ,a funny name, did I mention he's black, bitter, clinging to guns and religion, typical white. We see a pattern developing that is not what is needed in the next president. Let's drop the pretense that Obama stands for a new type of politics. The reality is he's proving to be a typical politician who is willing to say and do anything to get elected, including using the race card (which he is doing often).

The conservatives want to make this about race, they want to turn him into a Jesse Jackson or Al Sharpton, because if they can effectively do this Obama can not win, but Obama's strategy is to head them off at the pass.
