Politico:

Continuing his outreach to traditionally Republican constituencies, Barack Obama met today with the editorial board of the Military Times, according to an Obama campaign source.

The meeting, which came at the request of the paper, lasted about 40 minutes and took place in Colorado, where Obama gave a speech on national service today.

The US military a Republican constituency? So if we need a war we call the GOP? I thought our military was a multi-party organization not in any one party's pocket.
