I Like ItI Don’t Like It
Internet

The good news: John McCain is in fact aware of the Internet. From today's New York Times interview:

Q: What websites if any do you look at regularly?

Mr. McCain: Brooke and Mark show me Drudge, obviously, everybody watches, for better or for worse, Drudge. Sometimes I look at Politico. Sometimes RealPolitics, sometimes.

(Mrs. McCain and Ms. Buchanan both interject: "Meagan's blog!")

Mr. McCain: Excuse me, Meagan's blog. And we also look at the blogs from Michael and from you that may not be in the newspaper, that are just part of your blog.

Q: But do you go on line for yourself?

Mr. McCain: They go on for me. I am learning to get online myself, and I will have that down fairly soon, getting on myself. I don't expect to be a great communicator, I don't expect to set up my own blog, but I am becoming computer literate to the point where I can get the information that I need - including going to my daughter's blog first, before anything else.

Q: Do you use a blackberry or email?

Mr. McCain: No

Mark Salter: He uses a BlackBerry, just ours.

So, if he's just learning to go online, what was McCain campaign manager Rick Davis talking about last month?

BRZEZINSKI: Does John McCain, does he use the internet? Does he use email? [...]

DAVIS: He actually is, he always is grabbing people's Blackberrys on the bus. In fact, no reporter's Blackberry is safe from his prying eyes. He loves to tool around on the internet, he especially loves the videos that get produced that usually poke fun at him. I think that's his most entertaining part of the internet.

And he "grabs" his staff's Blackberrys. How juvenile is that?! How can you not learn how to get online? How hard is it? Really, God help us all if this man gets elected.
Also, how much is Malibu Cindy going to make on the sale of Budweiser. I am assuming as a product distributor she owns stock. The rich only get richer, and the rest of us are just in a mental recession......

McCain is "learning" to get online himself. LEARNING? That's like "learning" to turn on the TV - someone shows you once and you've got it. Is this man even able to go to the bathroom alone?

Mr.McCain would do well to go to Ron Paul "Campaigne for Liberty". McCain did after all tell one of his people that Ron Paul is "the most honest man in congress" maybe McCain can learn something about how to be an American Patriot with true character and honesty.

Sweet Jesus. I guess if you're sworn to lean on GOP ideology regardless of anything, you can afford to not know what's going on.

God help us all.

Good grief. His wife and his aides have to jump in to correct him on an answer to even the simplest question. Guess LIEberman wasn't available to whisper in his ear that day. It really is scary how mushy his brain is.

And so, is this going to be his administration if he is elected president of the United States Of America? How many people have to "whisper" in your ear to correct you, or do the things a president needs to do for himself. If you got an urgent email which required split-second action, what do the American people do while you wait? McCain=Old.

"I don't expect to be a great communicator"
--John McCain

This from the (increasingly less presumptive) nominee of the party that practically worships Ronald Reagan: "The Great Communicator".
