After successfully completing four weeks of treatment for anxiety and depression, Heather Locklear is back home.

"Heather's feeling really great," says a close friend. "And she looks beautiful, just radiant."

While the actress's recovery is "a work in progress," Locklear seems rejuvenated by her month away, says the friend. "She told a really funny story and she laughed from her core," says the pal, who has seen Locklear since she returned home last weekend. "That's when I knew she was going to be fine. I think that's the best part of all - it's so nice to hear her laugh."

My friend, with "good insurance" tried to get into a local rehab for cocaine abuse. Was told by the admissions counseler that cocaine is not physically addicting and only people addicted to barbituates, heroin or alcohol qualify for their rehab. Weird!

Have never heard of a person being admitted to a rehab for anxiety and depression, but I am glad Heather is feeling beter.

Just reading about her stay in a treatment center
for anxiety and depression
has already made me feel much better.
As I am sure the millions of other people
in this country who also suffer from
this horrible condition do.

Now that your out of treatment
could you please just go away.
Far Far away, never to be heard from again.

Could you have picked a worse picture of Heather ? She's a beautiful woman; you could have found a more flattering picture.
