How about some new news. We have nothing to comment on. With all this trivial garbage still on for weeks. running it for 3 days is plenty. on any story. Lets print some real stories, not stories that are not worth commenting on.

Ok, OK. Some of us republicans are just trying to get through all of this without havine a stroke or permanent gastronomical problems.

And some of us who are registered Democrats remember when "Republican" wasn't a perjorative, in fact its root would suggest a group of people who are dedicated to the preservation of the republic.
It's only quite recently that some who claim membership in your party - I prefer to use the correct nomeclature, i.e. Neocons - have worked diligently to give you a really bad name.
Honest - there really are quite a number of us who know that you're not the enemy. I think the majority of this country is looking forward to a time when we're collectively way too busy working together to fix what's broke to waste any more time calling each other names .....

You must be as old as me, if you remember Eisenhower!
Starting with Nixon's "Southern Strategy" wedding Southern Racists, the religious right and no nothing hat hats against those Hippies who dared to question the War in Vietnam, the Republican party has made war on the American people .

You _do_ know that Bob Dole went on to make Viagra commercials.

The Dole brand behind him is what reminded me of that..

Why is McCain so much an object of jokes? The presidency is a rather serious position that should not lend itself to ridicule or jokes.

TKI,

You've got my attention. Will you please list subjects that are appropriate for politcal satire or that are acceptable targets for jokes. If not that then will you please list whatever subjects should be taboo for humor.

Thank you

Well, if McCain's elected, Letterman's got 4 years of geography flubs to take the place of Bush's great speeches.

Sometimes Letterman makes me feels sorry for GWBush. How can a Yale grad with a Harvard MBA be so, so, STUPID? Making fun of the guy is like fishing with dynamite.

One can be this stupid coming from Yale & Harvard when your parents' connections got you there & you never attended classes.

Later you used these pulling-strings/ AWOL skills in the TX National Guard.

It's a good life.

Unbelievable, is right! He totally opposed the Farm Bill that Bush vetoed and when it passed with veto overrides in both houses, he claimed that had he been President, that he would have vetoed the bill too. When is the media going to nail him for the hypocritical poser that he is? Sometimes, I just want to scream. Thanks to the author of this article and the video. It makes me feel a little vindicated.

God Bless us all and keep us safe and sage,

The simplicity of the McBushes, just cracks me up! Everytime I see that cheese background, I lose it. I liked the Huff header yesterday with McCain holding the big phone, "Hello, I'm here". Can't find it today, the comments were extraordinarily funny, I couldn't stop laughing.

Thanks for these golden moments,Huff.
