I feel very sorry for what would be a large segment of Rams fans who could no longer support their own team.

Oh, the poor Rams. I certainly hope this football know-nothing doesn't get his claws into this franchise.

The Rams franchise has already been through enough. Their fans don't need this nightmare.

Hey??? Be fair here,,,

Rush/McClellan/Rove,,,, Built,,, Ownership Society,,, gote them into office and kept them there,,,, 8 years.

Why Shouldn’t Rush Limbaugh be rewarded for all his hard work?

You know. To,,, OWN,,,, a Sorts Team of hard working players.

The Rams are not the Team they once were, but not Crackers either. They play hard,, they train hard and have a good defensive line. The question remains,, will they play as hard for Rush Limbaugh?

Oh and Rush better talk with the BOYS in Town,,, FIRST. It is just protocol, and the respectful thing to do.

I say; Let him buy the Rams. I mean MY GOSH, Rush taught Rove how it all was done! Rush was there with Bush 41,, beating the drums and selling Gulf War 1. Rush can afford the 900 Million, with one arm tied behind his back.

Just a thought

Oh,, and every Owner needs happy workers.

I know,, a Song for Rush to play during practices.

Try this one!

Oh and wait till the Very End of the Clip,, Bush and Cheney have a cameo shot. Box Seats!!!!

Enjoy!!!

All the best

Congrats RUSH for 20 years of kicking Liberal rear ends and making folks laugh everyday. Thanks for breaking the monopoly the MSM use to have on the flow of information.....Liberalism has a tough time when they can not control and filter the news...

Will the NFL OK a franchise ownership by a hard working racist and baiter of African-Americans and African-American players. If ESPN wouldn't put up with it why in heavens name would the NFL?

Question #2 - A major American corporation has just agreed to pay Rush $400 million dollars to continues his seditious attacks on the United States and United States citizens and our Constitution and on our airwaves. How is it possible that the payer, endorsing this unAmerican, antiAmerican, unpatriotic actions have not been sanctioned, thrown off the air and become defendents in a federal criminal trial for these enemies of our beloved country?

Rush Limbaugh would be as good as any other NFL owner. His political views, while personally repugnant to me, are as good as anyone's.

The NFL is not the National Football League anymore because no league with the word 'national' in its name without a team in Los Angeles can be considered truly national. Maybe ANFL would be better -- the Almost National Football League.

Or maybe the NFLELA -- the National Football League Except L.A. Or possibly the HBFL -- the Highest Bidder Football League.

He can't, can he? Wasn't he charged with a felony over those illegal drug prescriptions?? I seem to remember it that way (could have been wishful thinking). If so, convicted felons can't own a team, according to NFL league rules.
Please feel free to correct me if I have this wrong.

"Please feel free to correct me if I have this wrong."

Ok....you have it wrong. Rush was never convicted of anything nor did he plead guilty to ANYTHING. A simple google search would have told you that though. Of course you can't be troubled to check facts before having a convulsion on your keyboard and calling it a post.

Cheers.

I think he got away with it somehow. I seem to remember him pleading to something and going to "rehab."
12:12 PM on 07/31/2008
Well that will be a team I'll put on a blacklist and never watch, even in a superbowl
11:52 AM on 07/31/2008
Intersting, Rush is going to buy a multi-million dollar franchise . . . Ed Shultz was wondering what he was going to due with the lease on a $20,000 car.

Wow - Rush is a multi - gazzillionaire - on our free air waves - selling Kool-Aid to those right wingers that lap it up like fools. Lack of critical thinking skills is destroying America!
