Lara Logan's Boyfriend Joe Burkett Finalizes His Divorce

Sexy CBS foreign-affairs correspondent Lara Loganwill soon be free to settle down with her Iraq war contractor beau, now that he's divorced his wife in Texas.

Logan's love, Joseph Burkett, was set for a bitter courtroom battle this week with his wife, but cooler heads prevailed and the case was quietly brought to a close recently before it could erupt into an ugly battle, sources said.

Logan has been accused of stealing Burkett away from his wife - a charge Logan's camp has vehemently denied, saying she only hooked up with him after his marriage ended.
