What Does CNBC Know That We Don't Know?

CNBC's copy of the schedule for next week's Democratic National Convention in Denver ends in either a clue or a slip-up. The DNC schedule, posted this morning, features all of the speakers you'd expect. On first glance, the most notable/unintentionally funny part is where it says "8:00PM EDT, Women of the Senate, Sen. Chris Dodd, CT."

But then you get to the end:

"Obama Acceptance Speech (35 -40 minutes)
Fireworks
Barack, Michelle, VP, Mrs. VP all at podium"

This is a non-story! It clearly states, "Barack, Michelle, VP, Mrs. VP all at podium" - not "Barack, Michelle, VP, Mr. VP all at podium." In order for the VP's spouse to be Mrs. VP, the VP has to be male!

They also appear to have a typo next to Joe Biden's name...says "Sen Joe Biden, MD"

(the MD not meaning doctor, but rather his state, which is not Maryland)

It has to be a typo or a staff member just wasn't thinking when they typed it up, because the staff doesn't know yet who the VP pick is or the gender of the VP.

No one knows anything yet!

Mildly chauvinistic, but not sure that's worth pointing out relative to the background level of male chauvinism persistant in the current culture.
