I am still waiting to see how Senator Biden is going to stand up and say he is a Catholic. If he does we will know that he is a liar from the get go. If he can't be honest about that, what else does he redefine to fit his ambition. You can not be a member of the Catholic Church if you do not absolutely and completely stand Pro Life-Anti Abortion. To be in communion with the Church you must believe what the Church professes. That is our faith. If you don't want to be Catholic then don't believe. Freedom of belief is basic. But, don't call yourself a Catholic. At what stage of pregnancy exactly would it have been ok to abort Jesus?

One of Obama's Earmarks Went to Hospital That Employs Michelle Obama. In the list of earmarks he requested, $1 Million was requested for the construction of a new hospital pavilion at the University Of Chicago. You know who works for the University of Chicago Hospital? Michelle Obama. She's vice president of community affairs. As Byron noted, "In 2006, the Chicago Tribune reported that Mrs. Obama"s compensation at the University of Chicago Hospital, where she is a vice president for community affairs, jumped from $121,910 in 2004, just before her husband was elected to the Senate, to $316,962 in 2005, just after he took office."

I'm sure you can find some burps and character flaws in Obama, in order that the GOP (Go Away Please) can continue to pick the public's pocket and do their famous Rove version of the Inverse Robin Hood credo (take from the poor, give to the rich). Why not? There's always the trickledown effect. All you have do is work 15 hours a day, six days a week, for $10 an hour and watch while your employer corporation sets up an off-shore dummy to avoid paying any taxes.

At least Obama recognizes that he has siblings. Cindy McCain is repeatedly referred to as an only child. Not true at all. Just google Kathleen Hensley Portalski and you'll see what I'm talking about. By the way, when was the last time that Obama even talked to any of his siblings? I mean he may have forgotten how many he had and where they are. It certainly isn't out of the realm of possibility, as Mr. McCain forgot how many houses he has and where they are (and those are likely houses that he frequents on a regular basis - not relatives he hasn't seen or talked to in many years!).

He made 4 million dollars last year. He says is a "community activist." But he didn"t even help his own brother George who lives in a shanty town Nairobi, Kenya. $50 would have helped George. And just a small fraction of Obama's last year"s earning would have changed George"s life. What are his priorities?

What really troubles me is the jump from outrage at Obama to support for McCain. Personally, I find the outrage to be childish and simply the result of their candidate losing out and out. However, they have grievances...whatever. What I don't understand is that with most of these Clinton supporters being feminists, how do they justify their support for John McCain? Can they point to any of his policies that they agree with? If so, I propose that they were never Democrats to begin with and were instead Republicans pushing a Clinton nomination in hopes of presenting the Republican candidate with an easier opponent in the general election.
