On Thursday night's "Daily Show," as the official Obama biography video was screening at the DNC, "The Daily Show" aired a hilarious biography video of their own. It is set to music with a booming narration and full of tag lines.

"The earthly son of a goat herder and an anthropologist, one man seems ready enough-ish to lead...."

Stewart's attempts at humor, when it comes to Obama, are no better than the New Yorker cover. He keeps calling him a M.uslim. I'm not sure why this is supposed to be funny. I'm sure M.uslims don't find it funny. And he keeps implying that Barack is African. He's not. He's American.

I think Stewart is having a real problem accepting the fact that Barack beat Hillary. He's angry and snide and it comes out in his so-called jokes.

Then Stewart goes on to depict Obama supporters as being under a Messianic spell.
But the shock came when Sen Obama is portrayed as having fur, four legs and a tail.

However, to be fair Stewart will likely show Sen McCain setting fire to the Reichstag and dropping napalm on day care centers.

What I love most about this video is that this is the funniest angle The Daily Show writers (truly some of the shrewdest comedic minds in the business) could find. This week, at the RNC, I believe the jokes will be a little easier to come by!

This is a comment about the nature of coyote, the trickster. It's been really easy for the Daily Show for the last eight years. Jon Stewart's taxes are probably going up under Barak Obama. While it will be a much nicer country for his children to live in, Stewart may feel a little conflicted. There's an old union song with the refrain, "Which side our you on?" Sometimes it is nessesary to take sides. Otherwise...? You are just "Mad Magazine" with no editorial pov at all. No one reads that after age 17.
