Levi Johnston Slideshow: Meet Bristol Palin's Boyfriend (PHOTOS)

When 18-year-old Levi Johnston arrived at the Minneapolis airport with the Palin family on Wednesday afternoon, it wasn't exactly his introduction to the world (that happened via his MySpace page on Monday), but it did mark the debut of his new clean-cut image: the clean-shaven, rather dapper (and, let's face it, pretty hot) expectant father and fiancé.

OK....lets look at this realistically....think you can handle that? You are in high school on a hockey team live in Alaska (which I did for over 20years so I can talk) and are male...would you not be unshaven? Nit picky....try to be positive. Need to support him and not condemn him....

You know, folks, this really just gets sadder and sadder. Today, a co-worker sent me the attached link to a video of a young Black man who professes to be the father of Bristol Palin's child.

We all know that there all kinds of flakes out there who crave attention...but I have to tell you that this kid seems pretty believable. He says that Bristol is a really nice girl, who he dated off and on while he was visiting his uncle who worked on the Alaskan pipeline. He says that the Palin do not want him to be a part of the child's life because of her political aspirations. Says that Levi is being used a pawn. Ends by asking Bristol to give him a call...saying that he will take the video off the Internet if they will just communicate with him. He says that there are folks in Wasila who know the truth.

If this is true....WOW! This makes the hypocrisy even greater! It would be sad to think that Bristol is being used in this way. I mean most of our screw-ups are private, so we don't have to face the entire world as we try to get it together. This girl has a lot of pain to look forward to if her parents don't "tune in" to the real world in the way they involve their children in their own head games.

Look at the way Levi is showing affection toward Sarah Palin's "5th" child. An 18 year old boy doesn't do that to an infant that is NOT HIS CHILD. Bristol has the shape of a young woman is breast feeding! And, yes, you can get pregnant again right away after giving birth.

One of the things the Republican strategists do much better than their Democrat coiunterparts is spin, especially how they spin things to the "bubbas". I find this very cynical but it is very effective, which means its fair politics. It is just like marketing, which is an important part of the business world.
The result of years of this marketing is that the Republican party is somehow perceived to be more patriotic, more supportive of the troops, more religious, more likely to have "family values". I find this hilarious but also frightening and frustrating, given actual events and statistics, but once you build brand loyalty people tend to buy the same product over and over. Will the spell be broken and the average Joe wake up in time to vote against 100 more years of war and decline of the middle class and other wonderful things? I hope so. I don't think the US can afford to keep sleeping, financially and otherwise.

The American people have lost the ability to think. How else can you explain the Palin nomination? The world is very complicated and I want a President smarter than me to be able to be a statesman to the rest of the world. Palin embarrasses me as an American. I don't think she can even pronounce the letter "g" at the end of any word!

This teen pregnancy is being glorified by the media and her "proud parents" who will be "prouder grandparents" as though this is not shameful. From everything Sarah Palin professes to be, this young girl should be considering the course she'll follow (have a boyfriend by all means but practise 'abstinence') in university, not motherhood. Imagine the scandal this would bring to the Obama campaign if his 17 yr old was pregnant!!! He would have to drop out!

oh yeh i forgot only republican teens get preg. and go on welfare. I was a teen mother married my only boyfriend and had 2 more children with him, never on welfare, parents had no money we took care of our responsibility and love our family we created just as much as anyone else. I don't think they are saying pregnancy is cool. They are saying a child was brought into this world wether it was the right age for the parents or not and they needed to make a choice to keep the baby or not. They are showing these teens are taking care of their responsabilities and pregnacy can happen poor or rich. Dem are fighting for the right for abortions and defending abortions why are people not fighting for the rights and defending the option to do the right thing and raise that child in love. A mother can love and raise a child at 17 just as good as a 40 yr old mother. We need to rember Sara Palin is running not her daughter.

I keep think of the phrase Babe in the Woods, and it applies to Sarah, Bristol and Levi. Lets get those kids some more liquor and take some pictures. I think John picked Sarah because he finds her the prettiest, like when he picked Cindy. Isn't that how you pick a woman for anything?
I'd like to hang around with Sarah's household help for a few hours. They are probably already gearing up to take care of Bristol's kid, in addition to the Down's boy and rest of her expansive brood. Be interesting to hear how they feel about their employer and her family values.
