When she was introduced to the world as McCain's running mate on Friday, Sarah Palin spoke briefly of her son and first-born Track, but until the Wednesday of the RNC, when he and the rest of the Palin clan joined Sarah in St. Paul, he'd made no public appearances with his family. Perez Hilton called Track Palin "damn hot." The most private Palin is scheduled for deployment to Iraq on September 11, 2008. Check back for more photos.

Also, people, don't for a minute believe Track is destined to deploy to Iraq out of some divine intervention on the EXACT day the infidels attacked our nation...There is a deployment CEREMONY scheduled for Sept 11, in which his unit will be involved. It is very contrived and planned to evoke a weepy, patriotic response and to make Track look like a hero to for the republican cause...Anyone seeing it any other way needs to take the Pub-colored glasses off...

I make a huge assumption that we are all reading the Party Platforms of both Parties. Regardless of which Party wins, if you are a citizen of this country, you will be living with the respective winning platform for the next 4 years. Make copies of each, post them page by page on a large wall, get different color highlighters and markers and start making comparison charts. My guess is that you are going to see mostly similarities. We are all still Americans first and that had better come through loud and clear in both Party platforms.

If you have a problem with the military, you need to address it with Obama RIGHT NOW!!!!

You might want to start thinking about how you're going to serve ahead of time. It doesn't have to be military, but if you read "Recruit and Retain" and the sections that follow it, you will notice that Obama plans to make you an offer to join the military that you will not refuse.

I appreciate your dedication, but when our presence does more harm than good, we need to know that it is time to get the hell out. There was no "al Qaeda in Iraq" until we got there, we didn't try to preserve and repair their social institutions and infrastructure and consequently we decimated the country. It is no wonder the Iraqis are pissed at us. We got rid of Hussein, but then went on to attempt this poorly-designed social engineering project that was really nothing more than a theory.

Well, our experiment failed. You know what they say about good intentions and the road to hell...

I have no problem with women with children running for any office. The problem that I see is that she new her daughter was going to have a baby. She knew that the whole world would look at this young woman. Some would sympathize but many would be picking her apart. Why would you put your child through all that pain. Why would you put your desire before that of your children. I do not get that at all.

I really hope this young woman does not become a single mom at the age of 20 because this young man and her are pushed into this marriage. I do not get this at all.
