RNC's Palin Bio "Mother, Moose Hunter, Maverick" On Fox News (VIDEO)

A video that was supposed to air at the convention last night was just made available to Fox news. It's a short biography of Sarah Palin prepared by the RNC and it describes the two-year Alaska governor as "a self-made giant."

She was grooomed by Alaska oil interests for the governorsh­ip under her mentor, Ted Stevens...­.. that is the connection to McCain and the GOP platform council...­.. she was handpicked­, and not by Mccain.... all she needs to do is keep the race close enough for the GOP to do what they did last time.... the democrats better find a better way to insure that American votes are all counted.

I've listened several times, and I swear the narrator, discussing the Palin children, says that they have "three daughters . . . and a son, born in a stable" (2:00-2:04­). I know that can't be what he says, but I can't think of anything else it might be. Any suggestion­s?

In my view, the progressiv­e media is making a major blunder by making this campaign about Sarah Palin instead of John McCain. I think this is what the Greedy Oil Party just loves as it takes the focus off of McCain and the issues. McCain has no chance on the real issues and this plays into their hand.

SOoo glad I was drinking water when I read that. I kept thinking.. how to tie it all together? Maverick and Moose. LOL Now the maverick thing bugs me. It's too close to the term the Navy uses for those who have risen in the ranks from enlisted to officer. My father did that without a college degree. He's a real hero to me. McCain, has been handed an appointmen­t and money to fund whatever he wants. I am not impressed any longer.
